Before you Come in
After scheduling your initial consultation, we will email you your new patient paperwork. Please complete this paperwork so that we have the time to review your information before the first visit.
First Visit
At this visit we will do an initial consultation and neurological exam utilizing HRV technology. X-rays (if needed) will also be scheduled at a neighboring facility.
Following the first visit we will sit down with your health history, x-rays and HRV to determine an individualized care plan that will best meet your goals.
Report of Findings
We’ll bring you back for a second visit where we will review the findings and go over the specific care plan recommendations. After going over any questions and you are ready to move forward with care, we will get you adjusted.
*Please note that scheduling your first visit may require a deposit or credit card on file. In the event that you need to cancel the visit, we request that you give the office 24 hours advance notice if possible. Non-emergency cancellations will result in a cancellation fee.
